Letterboxd is my favorite social media app
It's a running record of every movie you've seen.
If you’re a huge movie fan like I am, then you have to get on Letterboxd.
Letterboxd is the social media app/website that serves as a log of every film you’ve ever seen. You also get to rate it on a five star scale and write a review. Think of it as your own personal version of rotten tomatoes.
You can also see where a film is being streamed and where it is available to digitally rent/buy. Because most of us have felt the frustration of this digital age where a film isn’t streaming anywhere, and may not be available to rent or purchase on certain platforms as well.
There is also options available to create a watch list of upcoming films/films that you haven’t gotten around to and random lists such as top overall films, top films in any genre, ranking films within a film franchise, films you think a friend would like, you’re least favorite films, and so on. The possibilities are endless.
If you’re not a movie fan, what I just described my seem boring, but if you ar a film fan, you got to get on this platform. It’s a blast and an opportunity to connect with other like minded film fans.
